DELIVERY - BRAND PARTNERS & STUDIO B OWN BRANDS
Studio B operates as a platform working with a mix of independent brands as a partner, as such we work on a drop shipping basis, meaning our Brand Partners deliver direct from themselves to you. Studio B does not keep this stock and does not arrange delivery. Studio B keeps stock and ships directly the following brands only:
- Rixo - British brand
- Stine Goya - Danish brand
- Baum und Pferdgarten - Danish brand
- Gestuz - Danish brand
- Munthe - Danish brand (coming May 2019)
Delivery Time Tags
You may notice tags of ‘1 Week Delivery Time’ or ‘2 Week Delivery Time’ on certain products from time to time, this is if a Brand Partner is away and will not be shipping orders for a slightly delayed period. Once the Brand Partner has resumed normal service these tags will be removed.
Lead Time Tags - Made to Order Products
Made to order products are all given Lead Time tags, you may notice on certain products tags or descriptions of ‘1 Week Lead Time’ or ‘2 Week Lead Time’. This is as the brand will be especially handcrafting your order and needs to allow time to make each item to order. The lead time may vary, so please allow a couple of days flexibility. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have been waiting longer than expected.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you at the checkout. We and/or our Brand Partners will deliver goods to you as soon as reasonably possible and endeavour to ship the next day after the order is placed. Brands shipped direct from Studio B will always be sent next day delivery.
Please note if you order multiple items from multiple vendors they will arrive in separate packages, as each Brand Partner will be shipping directly from themselves to you (with the exception of Rixo, Stine Goya, Gestuz and Baum und Pferdgarten, which will be shipping directly from Studio B).
If the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our or our Brand Partners’ control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and you may cancel the order and receive a refund.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to collect the products from a local depot. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product.
RETURNS - BRAND PARTNERS & STUDIO B OWN BRANDS
Studio B offers a returns period, on their own bought brands, of within 14 days from receipt of your order. This covers the following brands: Baum und Pferdgarten, Gestuz, Rixo and Stine Goya. Most Brand Partners offer the same returns period but please note the individual returns information in each product description.
The following items are non-refundable: jewellery from Jessie Harris and Elin Horgan (as this is made to order), personalised embossed products from Anna Walker, all earrings, and all lingerie and swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed.
HOW TO RETURN
To return part of, or an order in full, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please state your order number, the item(s) wishing to return and your reason for returning. Returns are direct to each Brand Partner, upon contacting us to process your return we will send you the correct returns address. Returns costs and arrival are at your full responsibility. We, or our Brand Partners, cannot be held responsible for any goods which go missing on return, subsequently you are strongly recommended to insure the goods adequately and use a tracked insured postage service.
Please note if you order from multiple Brand Partners this may incur separate multiple returns, as each return must go back to the correct Brand Partner. Unless the items are all from Studio B bought brands - Baum und Pferdgarten, Gestuz, Rixo and Stine Goya.
At this stage we are unable to offer exchanges, due to working as an agent acting for multiple Brand Partners. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new order. You must contact us to process your return and at this stage please mention your exchange order and we will remove the postage fee from your new order.
With exception to [made to order jewellery from Jessie Harris and Elin Horgan, personalised monogrammed products from Anna Walker, all earrings, and all lingerie and swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed] you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a full refund for the goods. Postage fees will not be refunded.
Within 14 days of receiving your order (if the goods are received in multiple deliveries the 14 days commences from the date the last goods are received) you must return the goods to the relevant Brand Partner (e.g. if your order is received in two deliveries, one from us and one from a Brand Partner, you may be required to return the goods in two separate parcels to two separate addresses).
You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Only where the goods are damaged on arrival, will we, or the relevant Brand Partner(s), pay the costs of returning the goods.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price if the value of the goods has decreased by your handling of the goods (i.e. if there is any form of damage and/or signs of wear).
We will make any refunds due to you within 5 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
If an order is cancelled because (i) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product and you no longer wish to proceed or (ii) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control, we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided.
